General Terms & Conditions:
Each traveler must submit a copy of their government-issued ID (voter's ID or passport) and three passport-sized photos at least 10 days before the tour departure. Travelers should carry their ID throughout the tour.
Confirm your booking 15 days prior to the tour date with full payment.
Cancellation charges apply: 50% if canceled more than 7 days before the tour, 75% if canceled 3-7 days before the tour, and 100% if canceled within 3 days or on the day of departure.
The company will not be liable for any changes or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances during the tour.
No insurance is provided by the company in case of accidents, loss of belongings, etc.
Do not carry Indian currency notes of ₹500 or ₹1000 denominations.
Tobacco and tobacco products are strictly prohibited in Bhutan.
Exporting plants or agricultural products from Bhutan is illegal.
Credit cards are accepted at select establishments in Bhutan.
Nathula Pass is a restricted zone and can be closed without prior notice for security reasons. In such a case, the tour will only cover Tshangu Lake, and no refunds will be provided for unused services.
In the event of landslides, roadblocks, or other natural calamities, any extra costs for route changes, detours, or delays must be borne by the traveler.
Child Policy:
Children below 5 years of age are complimentary.
Children aged 5-10 years without an extra bed are charged as CNB (Child No Bed).
Children aged 5-10 years with an extra bed are charged as CWB (Child With Bed).
For children above 10 years, the charges are equivalent to an extra adult sharing the room (EPSR).
Hotels are strict with child policies. Please carry valid age proof for children, as required by hotel regulations.
Cancellation Policy:
Minimum cancellation fee is ₹1,000 per head.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
25% if canceled 30-20 days before departure
50% if canceled 20-10 days before departure
75% if canceled 10-5 days before departure
100% if canceled within 5 days of the tour or in case of no-show.
Cancellation charges are calculated based on the total tour cost.
Important Information for Booking:
Full name, contact details, and age of each traveler must be provided.
Complete arrival and departure details are required to process the booking.
About Vehicles:
Exclusive vehicles are provided as per package.
Non-A/C cars like Santro, WagonR, or Alto are used for 1-3 passengers (including children).
Non-A/C Sumo or similar vehicles are used for groups of 4-8 passengers.
Innova, Scorpio, Xylo, or Tavera will be provided for 6 passengers (including children).
Local sightseeing in Gangtok is done in small cars like Maruti Van, Indica, or WagonR (maximum of 4 passengers per car).
If luxury vehicles are booked, they will be provided subject to availability. If unavailable, similar alternatives will be arranged.
A maximum of 6 passengers (including children) are allowed per Innova/Scorpio/Xylo, and 8 passengers per Sumo/Max. If the group size exceeds these limits, an additional vehicle will be required at the traveler’s expense.
Guests are advised to travel with minimal baggage. In case of excess baggage, an additional vehicle will be required to carry the extra luggage, the cost of which will be borne by the traveler.
Transport Information:
For train arrivals at NJP Railway Station, our representative will meet you at the new exit gate near the escalator. For airport arrivals at Bagdogra, you will be met at the exit gate with a placard.
Travelers are encouraged to be patient with drivers as they may not be professionally trained in tourism.
Due to limited parking spaces, guests should wait in the hotel lobby while the vehicle is arranged for sightseeing or transfers.
Please refrain from taking advice from drivers, as they may provide misleading information. For any concerns, contact our travel executive directly.
Upon arrival, travelers will receive a welcome kit, service vouchers, and the local tour coordinator's contact information. Our representative will also brief the group on the tour itinerary.
It is advisable to always check your belongings before leaving the vehicle, as retrieval of lost items may be difficult due to changing vehicles.
Vehicles for different sectors may change during the tour. Travelers are requested to be informed of this to avoid confusion.
For missed or postponed sightseeing due to itinerary changes or closing days, travelers will need to bear the extra cost for additional vehicle arrangements.
Any changes in the sightseeing schedule must be communicated to the travel executive by 4:00 PM the previous day. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refunds.
In Gangtok, outside vehicles are not allowed to operate within city limits. Only local taxis can be used, and outside vehicles will pick up and drop off passengers at the Deorali taxi stand.
Special Permits:
A permit is required for Tsomgo Lake and North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen). Travelers must carry 4 passport-sized photos and a valid photo ID (Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) for processing.
